1. SKY subscribers are required to go through online verification of their SKY account.
2. SKY subscribers must completely verify their account by clicking on the verification link sent to their SKY account e-mail address. E-mail address must be consistent with our billing records.
3. Eligible customers are required to sign up for a Netflix Philippines account and agree to the payment of any Netflix charges through SKY operator billing
4. Netflix access via SKY operator billing can only be applied to one (1) valid Netflix Philippines accounts and cannot be applied to any other international Netflix accounts
5. By signing up for a Netflix Philippines account, the Netflix Philippines subscriber is required to agree to the following:
a. That the Netflix Philippines subscriber is over the age of 18.
b. That the Netflix Philippines subscriber agrees to the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
of Netflix.
c. That the Netflix Philippines subscriber understands that the Netflix subscription will
continue from month-to-month automatically, and that the subscription will be charged
monthly to his/her selected payment method until the subscriber cancels his/her Netflix
Philippines account.
6. Any changes to and/or termination of Netflix Philippines accounts must be done with Netflix Philippines.
7. You may cancel your Netflix membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Netflix service through the end of your monthly Netflix billing period. Therefore, payments are non-refundable there shall be no refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched Netflix content.
8. Netflix terms and conditions apply to the Netflix Philippines service.
9. SKYcable and SKYBroadband terms and conditions apply to respective services.
10. SKY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion without prior notice.
