1. SKY subscribers are required to go through online verification of their SKY account. To validate the account, customer must have a SKYcable or SKY Fiber postpaid account that is active and current (has no arrears).
2. SKY subscriber must completely verify their account by clicking on the verification link sent to their SKY account e-mail address. E-mail address must be consistent with our billing records.
3. SKY will be offering two types of TapGo TV pins: 1-Month Access which is Php 179.00 for 1 month access to subscribers and Monthly-Recurring Access at Php 179.00 for monthly recurring access.
4. For auto-renew (Monthly Recurring) subscriptions, TapGo TV pins shall be sent to subscriber’s SKY account email address on a monthly basis. Each pin is valid for a 30-day access to TapGo app or website.
5. By subscribing to TapGo TV Access via SKY billing, customer agrees to charge the amount to their SKY bill.
6. By signing up on TapGo TV, customer acknowledges that he has read and agreed to the Terms and Privacy Policy for the use of TapGo TV services on their website or app.
7. Any changes to and/or termination of TapGo TV account must be done through TapGo TV app website. There will be no TapGo TV account modifications through SKY.
8. For auto-renew subscriptions, cancellation of TapGo TV Access via SKY subscription can be done at any time via MySKY; access to TapGo TV service will continue through the end of the monthly access as redeemed on TapGo TV.
9. Payments are non-refundable. There shall be no refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched content available on TapGo TV Access.
10. In case the TapGo TV pin is not delivered to the email address of the subscriber, SKY shall provide a facility for customers where they can retrieve/resend the TapGo TV pin.
11. Disconnection and Termination of SKY: Temporary disconnection of SKY account will be applied if full payment of your monthly subscription fee is not received 4 days after due date. If subscriber’s SKY account with an auto-renew TapGo TV Access subscription becomes temporarily disconnected, subscriber will be automatically opted-out from the TapGo TV Access service.
12. SKY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion without prior notice.
