1. SKY subscribers are required to go through online verification of their SKY account. To validate the account, customer must have a SKYcable or SKY Fiber postpaid account that is active and current (has no arrears).
2. SKY subscriber must completely verify their account by clicking on the verification link sent to their SKY account e-mail address. E-mail address must be consistent with SKY’s billing records.
3. During the promo period, SKY will be offering One (1) Free Trial Voucher, which gives Three (3) months access to subscribers.
4. After the Three (3) Month Trial Period, Subscriptions will be on auto-renew (Monthly Recurring) subscriptions at Php 199 a month.
5. By subscribing to BlastTV via SKY billing, customer agrees to charge the amount to their SKY bill.
6. By signing up on BlastTV, customer acknowledges that he has read and agreed to the Terms and Privacy Policy for the use of Blast TV services on their website or app.
7. Any changes to and/or termination of BlastTV account must be done through BlastTV app or website. There will be no Blast TV account modifications through SKY.
8. For auto-renew subscriptions, cancellation of BlastTV Access via SKY subscription can be done at any time via MySKY; access to BlastTV service will continue through the end of the monthly access.
9. Payments are non-refundable. There shall be no refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched content available on Blast TV Access.
10. Disconnection and Termination of SKY: Temporary disconnection of SKY account will be applied if full payment of your monthly subscription fee is not received 4 days after due date. If subscriber’s SKY account with an auto-renew BlastTV All Access subscription becomes temporarily disconnected, subscriber will be automatically opted-out from the BlastTV All Access service.
11. SKY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion without prior notice.
